Job Shadowing for Polish Teachers

This group of Polish teachers took part in a job shadowing programme, where they followed professionals to observe different teaching methods and approaches in practice. Through daily observations and conversations, they explored how lessons are structured, how students are supported, and how classrooms are managed in a different setting.

During their time here, they exchanged ideas, asked questions, and reflected on what they saw, gaining new perspectives they can take back into their own classrooms.
